What’s so great about kettlebells?

The handled cast-iron ball is swung, not lifted, requiring total-body engagement and providing a one-two punch of cardio and strength. Now take that, and combine it with kick-butt martial arts movements, and you have one stellar kettlebell kickboxing workout that will completely transform your body. 

When:

Thursdays and Saturdays

Starter Class:

Thursdays 8:45am - 9:45 am (6 class series)

Starting; January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, February 6th, 13th.

Intermediate Class:

Saturdays 9:00am - 10:00 am (10 class series)

Starting: January 11th, 18th, 25th, February 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th, March 7th, 14th, 21st.

Starter Class

Saturday 10:00am - 11:00am (6 class series)
Starting: January 11th, 18th, 25th, February 1st, 8th, 15th.
